CM7 on Novel and questions

Hi I just order a PD Novel on daily steals.com. Just wondering if I can put CM7 on one. Is there any difference between the white and the black novel besides the color? Those of you with Novels what do you think of them? I was told it was the poor mans Ipad. Agree or disagree? Thanks

Poor man's Ipad, about right only maybe it is a little better than that to me. Don't know what cm7 is s can't help you there.

As to color. The early black ones were not the same as the white. The new black ones are about the same as the white. If yours is a refurb unit, I'd guess it is an older one but don't know, and who knows what they did at the factory, maybe they did something. Runs in my mind the old black ran android 1.5 or 6 rather than 2. You can look in the settings when you get it and maybe tell.
