CM9 for 8042 WiFi with Hidden SSID - Connection Not Possible

Wifi works great with SSID visible but does not work with ssid hidden regardless of wpa_supplicant.conf settings. Has anyone got this to work and if so what are the settings to use?

Welcome to the forum!

I have given up on hidden SSID's, I find it much easier as many devices (even Windows machines) struggle with hidden SSID's.

Not sure of any good solution for this.
