coby kyros mid7012 stopped working..please help me.

Hi.
I installed android market place to my mid 7012..it worked...but while i download apps tablet black out..and...android letter comes out..
I can't power down..or on...it just seems not working..
now I don't know what to do..
this is christmas gift for my daughter..
please help me..

if you do this you may lose all the data you down loaded:
plug in the charger(unless you know it's charged), on the back there is reset button, try using the styles first, if it doesn't fit you will have to straighten a paper clip. insert into the hole and press (not too hard). It will return to factory settings, should then work again unless something is broken inside.

Haven't tried on mine yet, but did work for me on a CASIO pda, a few years back.

There is one more step to the reset button. You, need to hold the back button down until. The recovery comes up.
Than use the sound buttons to choose what you want to do. And use screech button for enter.
