Good day,
I bought Coby Kyros just months ago. Unfortunately, sometime this just past weeks I accidentally dropped my tablet (I think I dropped it twice.). Later, every time I switch on the screen, I find it very hard opening the security lock as it won't let me touch (i.e., the touchscreen is not responding).
But what is fortunate here is that once the touchscreen gets responsive (and that took about 30 seconds to 1 minute of waiting) after I switch on the screen.
What might be the problem? The touchscreen only gets unresponsive after the screen is turned off and if you turn it on again, it won't respond.
Is there any fix?
