Coby upgrade to ICS?? Possible

Hi folks first posting here, i was reading in lilputing that Coby is offering upgrade to ICS to some of there tablets (only in Germany so far).

I downloaded the apk but it does not recognized my serial number so i guess is for German tablet owners after all.

I just saw the article today and will check if it works if it even installs since the xx24 series dont seem to be supported.

EDIT: So far I'm having trouble downloading the apk, its 54kb large but the download stops at 36 and then gives me an error.
