Codegen WiFi Problem

Hello everyone,
I have Codegen Ultimix 99, whenever I try to open wireless, tablet close it in 5 seconds. I couldnt fix that problem so I cant connect Internet. I already updated my software but it doesnt work. What can I do, please help! (

I suggest you see what happens if you try connecting at a public hotspot. If that works, I have a link below that will lead to a thread on WiFi issues.

Thanks for reply, I dont have any hotspot so I cant. Could you write this link for me? Problem is like that : I open wireless, it is written please wait and 5 seconds later, it closes automatically. I call codegen number, they said I should have upgrade by using RK Batch Tool and I did it. but problem is going on. What can I do now?

2 things come to mind off the top. Restart the router, then the tablet and if it still isn't working tell it to forget the connection, restart and try connecting again.

Hotspot should be at your mall, home depot, lowes, McDonalds, starbucks and so on.
