I'm afraid you're pretty much out of luck. There are few standards between the various tablets and the various versions of Android, most customized by manufacturers for the features and functions of their particular device.

Your best bet is to find a section on this forum or something that has been discussed that will answer your specific question. The best you could hope for would be a rudimentary manual from your tablet manufacturer based on your model.
