I just started using my novel about 2 months ago and I love it....but now I am running into some issues. I hooked it up to my computer the other day thinking I could download a book and for some reason now my novel will not pull up my BN app, it keeps telling me Im connected to the computer and Im not. I have uninstalled the app, Ive reset the novel 3 times...Im so confused-Please someone help me!!!!
