Hi, I am a newbie and have the above android tablet with the 1.6 op system. When I connect to my PC with it nothing is recognised. I want to download newer firmware onto it.
How do I do it please?
Probably the port or the wire is either loose or damaged. Check if the port of your tablet and PC is working with some other devices. Try replacing the wire used for connecting both. If you are using Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi network must have configuration issues. What I would recommend is to either try connecting your tablet device with some other PC if you are using wire or try using some other Wi-Fi network if you are using wireless approach. interactive intelligence
