connect external usb storage device not working

    hi
    when i connect a usb flash drive my flytouch2 sees it . but when i connect a usb external harddrive it says damage usb drive. drive is fine though. do i need a special driver before it sees it?

    Hard drive has to be formatted as FAT32 and not NTFS.

    You're very welcome. The problem is that Windows will not let you format a large hard drive with FAT32. But you can use this application to do that Ridgecrop Consultants Ltd
