connection error to mac os. please help!

hey guys,

I have my first problem with my acer a500, pleaseee help,

I downloaded "Android file transfer" from android.com and installed successfully to my mac.
But when I connect acer A500 to mac by usb then it quits unexpectedly with the crash "The system and other applications have not been affected"
Please help.
By the way, are there any way to connect android to mac os effectively?

yea, that program doesnt work. i use something called xnjb i got for free. its the best thing i have found. go to XNJB - Download or just google it.

Or install windows 7 on your mac. Probably the last thing you'll ever have to install since I never in the past 4 years (yeah vista would do) had to install any software to connect any peripheral phone or tablet.

Careful you'll jinx the spontanious reboot "feature". FWIW I've never had a Win7 crash either
