Cracked screen

My new android m706b was left on the floor and a family member stepped on it. Can anyone advise if replacement screens are available...and if this is an end-user "fix"?

As far as the "end-user" fix is concerned, depends on how handy you are and if you have the right tools. My recommendation is find a store that repairs smartphones in your area, they probably will be able to at least order the replacement screen, and install it if you like.

I can say from personal experience, I am VERY handy, but having it done usually costs only about an additional $25 and is worth the extra bucks.
