Tablet bought on qvc, got no users manual or techsuport when pan went bellyup - but did finally get tablet 2wks ago. Last night screen froze, couldnt power off, no buttons worked, it stayed on til battery croaked. This am it was on pan screen once battery charged a little. Now will only keep half battery avail unless plugged in. I think its fried. Plz help.
