Cruz T103 Tablet

I just purchased this device and the documentation is severely unimpressive. I set up an e-mail account using IMAP because I have several folders that I want to be able to move email messages to based on sender and subject. I am unable to find a way to move messages . . . any ideas? I can do this on my iPhone so think I should be able to on the Tablet
