Cube Tablet - Internet Dialup set up

Hi,

I have recently purchased a Cube tablet U10gt in China which has Android OS 2.3.1 version. I am able to connect to the Wi-Fi, however not able to create a dial-up connection to connect the internet.

Need information for setting up a dial-up connection or steps which will help in connection.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
