D2Pad D2-911_BK Unable to backup Factory ROM

Hello.

I have been trying to get a backup of the factory ROM from my D2-911_BK for the past week. I've read every D2Pad thread on here and am still having trouble. I can get CWM installed based on the instructions at http://www.androidtablets.net/forum...d-biglots-how-backup-install-cw-recovery.html but it never completes. I am wondering if it may be due to the SN which is a little different than the 1208 and 1209 series. My SN is xxxx20121002xxx

The tablet came pre-rooted from the factory and I was able to get the Play Store installed without issues. I really want to get this thing backed up in case my kids mess it up (I bought two of these for Christmas presents for them). Any idea or pointers?

I'm familiar with the 7-inch version (1208 and 1209), but not your 9-inch version. My guess is that your 9-inch pad might require a different version of CWM than the two that work for the 7-inch versions. Sorry I can't be of more help.
