When I go to delete Flash from my Galaxy Tab 8.9 all I can do is delete updates. How do I delete the root program so I can then re-install?

You will need to obtain root then delete the .apk and .odex from system/app but really there isn't much of a reason to do this unless you just want to have the latest version of flash in system/app instead of data/app.

If you uninstall the updates, then reinstall them that is the closest you can do without rooting your tablet since Flash came pre-installed.
