Did a firmware update 0827 onto my epad and lost marketplace app

Please can someone help me, I spend ages updating my epad to the 0827 version only to find that i have lost all my setting and apps. I could live with most of this BUT I no longer have the Android Marketplace app! How do I get it back and if I can't, can I uninstall the update??

I have signed into my android market account via my pc and have found that the market place no longer see's my device.

Please please can someone help..

20100827 is hardly an update since that was made over a year ago. Maybe you could try the newest 2011 firmware for your tablet.
