I am a newcomer to Android. I am experienced in Windows XP, Vista and 7. also Mac OSX.
I am having great difficulty in accessing certain functions on my SuperPad 3. I can't set defaults, I can't move Apps to SD Card. I can't mount or unmount SD Card or USB disck. All options appear 'greyed out'. I have downloaded version utilities and I have Rooted using Z4Root, but still having problems.
Am I just 'thick' or is there anyone out there who can help me??????

First, how are you trying to move the apps? Are you just trying to do it via a File Manager app? There are apps for doing this, I would recommend trying something like App2SD, see if that solves that problem. Where are you seeing the SD and USB greyed out? Try checking out your Settings->Storage area for mounting and un-mounting.

I have a "Yarwik Tab2011". I had the same problem but i solved in this way:

-From menu _ click (press) "Notifications"
-Ther written "Ongoing - Removed SD card - SD card removed. Insert a new one"
Click (or press) this and put micro SD card in his slot.
otomotically chakked and mounted. On the top appears "Preparing SD Card", then "Media scanning".

When I wanna unmount SD Card, i do this:
Click (or press) "Setting" than
Click "Storage"
Click "SD Card Settings"
Click "Unmount SD card"
On top appears in small letters " SD card safe to remove "
When i take out from slot, it appears abouve in small letters: "Rremoved SD card" ,and appears a small SD card icon on top with sign " ! "

Hope it help u. Ciao :)
