I'm looking at getting a tablet for someone who is not allowed to access the internet without supervision. I'd like for staff to be able to take her to some free wifi, enter the password and then let her access the market.

Is this possible?

I'm not sure if there is an application on the market that will allow you to do that. Maybe if its a secure wifi connection where you have to put the WEP key in, that could help out.

Thanks. Unfortunately, it's the open networks that are the problem.

It seems like I heard of an app that people use when their kids use their phones. They can play the games and such but can't get into other things.
