for Christmas my daughter received a discovery kids TechTab.
It worked fine at first, but after a month the screen started getting all wonky and froze up. To fix this, I would have to push a pin in the reset hole, and just tap it to reset it. Now the thing wont even power up. I have it fully charged, but it wont even power on. I've tried pressing the power and holding the reset at the same time and it does absolutely nothing.
I have tried looking for a support site for this thing, and cant even find a support phone number.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? or might even have a support e-mail for discovery? Rubs me the wrong way how ANY company can release an electronic device and not offer any support after for it.
