Disgo 8000 WiFi connection problems

I am now on my second Disgo tablet and it days I am connected to my WiFi yet I can't use online services. When I bought the first one it was ok but then for no reason decided to play silly games. I know the WiFi works as my phone is connected too and I've just submitted this, please help!!!
