Distortion on some colors and pictures on screen V711

Distortion on some colors and pictures on screen, I cannot get a scree shot of it, it looks normal? but its there. after reboot its normal then in less than 5 minutes on certain pages and pics there is distortion of pixels, very strange

I have reflashed JB onto the V711 and its still there before adding or taking away any programs

May be a bad screen?

Yeah it looks great and responsive but this problem is consistent in settings panel on landscape, and with certain pictures, also on reboot 3 times so far, the screen became unstable and I had to do a hard reset. Maybe a connection problem inside? but its stable otherwise
