if you create the .***x file in one app and try to open it in the other, you may get an error. the two apps may not play well together as far as how each interprets the .***x format. I actually ran into that once when i was doing demos on dtg and q/o.

I created the files from Word & Excel at work. I'm thinking of opening a ticket with D2G. Since I bought the full version, I'm hoping they can help.

I have Office 2010 and DTG does support it. I did find that Open Office routinely corrupted my Excel files: partial data and/or pages missing.
