   Does night theme (white letters on black background) in e-readers apps (e.g. aldiko, kindle) save some battery?

   I dont know about the ereaders specifically but i do know that the night setting on cyanogenmod saves battery so i would say there is a good chance the night theme on the ereaders do the same thing
