double power DOPO-M975 tablet.(ROCKCHIP RK2906) stock on bootmode. pls help!!

i just received this tab with password only, so the customer want it to unblock the password

i try to find the hard reset combination using volume down (-) button and power it on.

but unfortunately nothing happen and the screen now is black and i can't return it into normal mode

i thought the unit is now in BOOTmode..

is this unit need to write F/W now

if yes, how???

If you still have the dopo m975, and cannot get it to factory reset, try this. It worked for us when nothing else worked. Power it off. Once the unit is OFF, find the little home button (usually at top next to volume button). Now hold down the Power button AND the Home button at same time (NOT the volume button!) When the Android appears, use the Volume up and down to scroll to the factory reset, then use the power button to select it. The unit should factory reset. It will be brand new, just as if you took it out of the box. You will lose your settings but at least it will be new and you can use the unit again. You will have to set it all up again.
