Downloading Apps

I just purchased the 7" Android 4.2.2 AK310 Tablet.
When I try downloading apps I always receive an error code :
RPC:S-3 Error Retrieving Information From Server.

I can download apps from any other device in my home with the
same internet provider and server !

Is there a parameter or toggle switch I must enable in Settings ?

Welcome to the forum.
Go to settings - apps manager and scroll to all then tap on the Google Store app. Tap clear cache - force stop, restart and try again.

If that doesn't work you may need to remove your Google account, restart and add it back.
