edit primary shortcuts galaxyntab 2

I just got my Galaxy tab 2, 10" if it matters and promptly deleated all my docked primary shortcuts to declutter my screen. Now I'd like to add a few select back in, but can't get back to that row. Any suggestions to add primary row shortcuts?

Welcome to the forum

Upper right corner of the screen, 6 tiny squares. It's called the app drawer. Find the app there and long press the icon. It will allow you to drag the shortcut to the screen of your choice.
