like many others, mine is stuck on the boot 'android' screen. tried all the button combos for a factory reset, looked everywhere online, i am at a loss... cant fimd firmware cant get eken support (if they exist any more) - tried support ticket, email my problem - left my phone #, and skyped customer service about a dozen times (with no answer)
