email account on android

Hi
Have an issue trying to add my email address to the email account tab using POP 3 entering email address and password and comes up failed to set up HELP
It’s a hotmail account

The issue probably is the settings you are using for hotmail. Try using these:

• Hotmail Incoming Mail Server (POP3) - pop3.live.com (logon using Secure Password Authentification - SPA, mail server port: 995)

• Hotmail Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) - smtp.live.com (TLS enabled, port 587)
