Email wont sync

On the Asus memo 10.1 to my O2 email

Ive tried everything all 3 settings on the stock email and even downloaded a separate app which doesn't work

Any ideas what im doing wrong it was really easy on my Samsung gs3

I'm guessing you set it up as IMAP? What exactly isn't working? in - out or both?

Ive tried POP3 IMAP and exchange they all come up with 'couldn't open connection to server' on both incoming and outgoing

O2 settings are pretty straightforward. I assume you have a good router/Internet connection otherwise.
