Ematic Tablet EGQ307BU WiFi won't work!

Ematic Hd Quad Core jelly Jean 4.2 wifi wont turn on. I have tried turning the wifi on but the button slides back to Off and says "turning WiFi on". I have tried to factory reset which was the biggest mistake ever beacuase now I have no apps. The only way to install my apps is downloadling from my phone to my SD card at 3rd party website (untrustable) so I don't even do nothing with it in fear of loosing my warranty. I've contacted the company and no reply.
I have researched on how tos but being that every tablet is made differently idk the best choice to make.
