Enabling adobe flash player on galaxy tab 4 10.1

Hi
My tablet says I have Adobe installed but not enabled.
I've trawled through posts on here and YouTube but can't seem to enable it.
Can someone please help me?

Uninstall the Flash app. If you must have Flash, you'll need to install a browser that includes Flash, e.g. Dolphin with Jetpack, Puffin, or possibly Firefox.

Flash hasn't been supported since Android 4.0 and stopped functioning completely in Android 4.2. There will be no bug fixes and no updates of any kind.

I now have dolphin and jet pack. .. It still says I need Flash player!

Dolphin may have removed that support. Use Puffin instead.
