ePad - New user guide anywhere?

Hi all - my first post...

I've ordered an ePad (from Hong Kong) and already from looking around online I can see that they are not the most straightforward devices to use/configure... anyone know of an online guide or thread on any forums which aims to help new users set them up to get the most out of it...?

The one I ordered is from eBay (7" tablet running Android 1.7).

Ok, thanks for the response... The more I read the worse I fear, however, I've only paid £60 including postage so even if I only use it for web browsing it will be easier than my iPhone.
