EPAD VIA WM8650 - I need help with Android Market....PLEASE HELP..IT IS A CHRISTMAS P

Hi, I had bought my boys a Epad VIA WM8650. It has a market app on it, but not apps we are use to. I went the android market website to download apps from there and it wont work. I signed them up with email address's in the market and when it goes to download, it says account is not synced to a smart phone. Please help me....
