Errors in file transfer between PC and Tab (windows 8.1 and Android 4.2.2) via USB

Dear all,

I have PC with Windows 8.1 Ent., 32-bit, and Saphir Media Tablet with http://i.imgur.com/vEShkO5.jpg and Apps installed http://i.imgur.com/D8zyydM.jpg. Tab specs: Dual Core 1.6 GHz, 1GB, 16 GB internal memory, 3G.

Either MTP or PTP I cannot share files between PC and tab via USB, while Bluetooth is working fine.

1- When I connect PC and Tab via USB cable by selecting this option in android http://i.imgur.com/IXpPbM1.jpg, windows shows this http://i.imgur.com/UWWiiys.jpg, http://i.imgur.com/SX6dx45.jpg and http://i.imgur.com/qtxLE8L.jpg.

When I refresh here then it shows the files http://i.imgur.com/0WobMK8.jpg. But files in these folders cannot be access http://i.imgur.com/r1vSB82.jpg, and cannot be copy http://i.imgur.com/sNh2jd8.jpg.

2- By selecting this option in android http://i.imgur.com/3mgepyj.jpg windows shows this http://i.imgur.com/fzde1ve.jpg, http://i.imgur.com/IPgrd7E.jpg and by refreshing http://i.imgur.com/NUcwMGR.jpg.

What you are seeing is not an uncommon problem. It is frequently an issue with the PC though in this case I can't be certain of that. I have a link in my signature that will take you to a thread with several suggestions for transferring files. You can do it by using a file manager to access your PC or over your WiFi network.

Dear leeshor,
My desktop doesn't have Wifi. It is connected with the cable. So I can't use WIFI file transfer softwares. My tab has built-in 16 GB memory. I don't have memory card.
I have USB Bluetooth dongle. So I can transfer via bluetooth. But It is annoying. I have to accept each file in tablet.

Your desktop does NOT need to have WiFi, it only needs to be on the same network and should be by default.
