Exchange Services issue

I just started getting this the past two days. Since it started I haven't d/l any new apps >>

The Application Exchange Services (process com.android.exchange) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.


I then force close this and it pops back up in 2 or so minutes.

Using version 3.2

Any ideas what is causing this is?? When I turn off all the General sync setting it seems stops.
