Exe. files

I would like to know if I can take an exe file from my netbook and transfer it to my tablet. Both are Samsung devices.

Welcome to the forum anitas.

Unfortunately you can't do what you are asking. EXE files are pretty much Windows specific and no EXE file will install on Android. The Android equivalent to EXE is APK

This is a pretty common question. You will have to find a similar app on Android to do the same thing. As leeshor pointed out one cannot run an exe file in Android.
