Experience with ainol novo store

Please tell me has anyone ordered Hero 10 from them?
Is it OK, I mean shipping and package ?
Are they honest?
The have really good offer , because for 209$ you can get tablet with charger, otg cable, leathercase,stylus, almost everything.
Please answer me, because I want to order one Hero 10.
If you know any better offer please be free to say.
I live in Bosnia & Herzegovina, so for me it is better that tablet is coming from China.

People say they are ok, however they sell fake tablets at times, for example people ordered the ainol spider and got a momo instead...

also the hero II is only a few dollars more for quad core.

Anyway I won't be buying Hero II quad , because I know that it is fake.
But I think that if I order Hero 10 it should be OK.
Can I contact ainolstore here on forum, so that they confirm me that it fully working Hero 10?

I bought hero ii from Ainol Novo - Ainol Novo Android Tablet - Ainol Novo Online Store, its not bad. Ordered on a Wednesday and got it on next Monday morning.
Its so far so good anyway.
