yea it has im on 4.0.3 now only thing i see changed is the abiliity to swipe tabs off home screen ......and the camera functions have changed ..oh and ring on lockscreen either goes to home page or camera lol dont see wat all the excitement is about

You should be able to organize your apps into folders. Just drag an app over a different one. Try it, it's cool.
