File's getting 0 bytes

    Hello Friends

    I have ONDA v702 Tablet ( android ver . 4.1.1 ) when i put files it works perfectly ( like .pdf and .docx .mp3 etc... )
    But after shutdown and on the device, files are shown but it's become 0 bytes . i don't have external memory card . Please guys help me

    Is your sd card full? Check in setting, storage.

    Is it the file that are showing 0 bytes, of so are they still working. Not very clear on the problem.
