Firmware upgrade from Xenophon wiped my entire tablet and SD card. :-(

Is it considered normal for the firmware upgrade on the zenithink website to format/factory reset the tablet?

If so then I'll stick with the version I've got  if not, then what did I do wrong?

It took an entire day to re-install all the stuff I have on it, (I'm a hoarder) so if it's normal for it to wipe everything, what do you guys do about everything you have installed?

Firmware upgrade some time wipes the tablet data but it's strictly preferred to remove SD card while Firmware upgrade.

So I would need to get another SD card just for updating the firmware? As you need the file on the SD card when you do the upgrade.

I have carried out the latest firmware upgrade on the C91 Upgrade from the Zenithink site (The '0327') - during the installation it gives two options:

- com.android.provision.DefaultActivity or
- Setup Wizard
Chose the second option and it seems to have carried out a total reinstall; have had to reinstall all of the apps and settings:

Any clues as to which option is correct.

Thanks
