flash player upgrade for my android tablet?

Can i update the flash player on my leader international 10.1 android tablet, its only a 10.2.1 and i need it to be 10.2.2 or higher to watch espn3

If it has Flash on it, then it can install newer versions. The better question is whether your tablet can go past 10.3 Some tablets have issues with Flash 11. You should be able to download 10.3 and try it
