Hi all...I've just bought my young son a 7" capacitive touch generic Chinese Android tablet with ICS 4.03 installed. It has the Boxchip processor. Everthing seems fine and the tablet seems to have been a good purchase for the price however flash does not seem to be supported in the stock browser or on apps which require it. The boy likes to listen to the "scanner radio" (EMS radio) on my other tablet but his tablet's browser just reports that Flash needs to be installed when he tries to open the RadioReference web page or the scanner radio app just times out saying it can't establish a connection.

Checking the installed apps list shows that Flash 11.1 is installed. But trying to use it via aps, the stock browser or Opera Mini just fails each time. Any suggestions?

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    This is the tablet:

Opera Mini does not support Flash. Opera Mobile, Dolphin Browser HD, Maxathon and Boat Browser all do.
