I've posted somewhere in this forum about this already but I can't find an answer, so let me post it here. =)
1. Do I need to root my device before flashing custom ROM?
2. Do I need to flash EXACT ROM build number?
3. What if one of the requirements is Vibration on BOOT and my device doesn't seem to Vibrate, am I still capable of flashing the device?
