Hello abdullazis, welcome to the forum. Nice of you to become a member of Android Tablets. If you're trying to register your tablet with the manufacturer for warranty purposes, they're most likely asking for the serial number of your tablet. You should find that in the settings for your tablet. There's probably an entry there called Device Information or something similar to that.
