flytouch 10" infomix X220 android 2.1 !!

Hi guys
I have flytouch 10" infomix X220 1GB+256DDR android 2.1.
It needs more than 7 hours to be full charged, is this normal time?
Also can i root this tablet and how?

Use Z4root for short term or long term roots
I'm not sure about the charge period, I'll take a look the next few days
