Hi everyone,
I am a 70 year old Windows 'oldie' but a complete novice
with my ZT Zenithink Flytouch 5 Android 4 tablet,having received it from e-bay only 5 hours ago. I'm not even sure I'm in the right Forum so please bear with me!
I am having problems with the virtual keyb'd as follows:-
1/ There is no backspace key?
2/ Plugging in the supplied 'real' keyboard does not do anything. How is it initialised?
3/ When trying to connect with my home Wi-Fi network (Which is recognised by the tablet) I am asked for the password. Is this the same as the authentication key?
4/ When I use the stylus to be more precise than my finger (This applies when I use my finger as well) the point I need to touch is about 3 to 4 mm away from the actual keyboard displayed character, that is to the top of the keyboard. Is this usual for touch screens as this is the first time I have used one?
Phew, that's a lot for a newbie I realise but if I can sort these out as being my lack of knowledge of the ANDROID O/S then I will be a happy chappie!
