for mid7042- is there a way to add the market?

had the market without rooting to my coby mid7022-screen broke(thanks to my bad parenting thinking my 2yr old son could handle a tablet) and i sent it in for replacement. coby sent me a mid7042, so pretty until i couldnt get the market on the same way i did with the 7022. can someone please release my frustrations and tell me theres a way to get the market pleaseeeeeeeeeee
