I purchased and Ideapad a1 in January for the kids. It ran fine until today, It turns on and you can open programs, but after a few seconds it says "The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." Please help!

After going into the running app portion under the settings tab, I discovered that the go launcher EX was the process that was corrupt. I uninstalled it and all related programs, but the same thing pops up "The process android.process.acore closed unexpectedly", Force Close. I am going to back up everything I can to an external SD card and then do a factory reset. Sound good?

You should go to the manage apps-> all ->contacts and click the button "clear data". So once your contacts are cleared. Problem should be solved. I don't know why but it is caused by contacts somehow
